Repair service registration

At PiepTX you can easily register your broken equipment for repair service. The price for the repair will be discussed via e-mail and depends on the number of working hours and the costs of the necessary components. You have the option to send your equipment; please note that the shipping costs for returns are at your expense. Alternatively, you can also deliver your product to us personally. Once your appointment has been approved, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have a track and trace code for your package, we would appreciate it if you share it with us in your response to the approval e-mail. This way we ensure a smooth handling of your repair request.
